Cancellations & Disputes


Cancellations

Cancellations may be submitted at any time, for any of the services on your account by sending an email directly to billing@voxel.net. Please note that the email must be sent from an authorized contact on your account.

In your email, you will want to include the services you wish to cancel, service ID, reason for cancellation, and at the end of which period you wish to discontinue the service.

Renewal dates may differ on each service, so please refer to your latest invoice or the "View Services" section of our online portal to confirm that service renewal dates.

Note: Services must canceled at least 7 days prior to the period renewal date. Failure to do so will result in a full billable period renewal prior to cancellation. Telephone or alternate methods are not valid and will not be honored. We DO NOT refund partial monthly fees to accounts. No refunds are given on any VPS or dedicated servers or setup fees for VPS or dedicated servers. Domain name registration fees WILL NOT be refunded.

Disputes

If you feel that you have been improperly billed on your account, a dispute must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the disputed invoice to billing@voxel.net.

Your dispute must identify in detail the basis for the dispute, including (1.) the date of the charges and the applicable invoice, (2.) the specific items being disputed and (3.) why you feel the charges were in error.

You may withhold payment for the disputed amounts, however all undisputed amounts must be paid by the specified invoice due date.

Once the investigation into the disputed charges has been completed, (a) if the billing dispute is resolved in Your favor, Voxel shall submit applicable credits within one invoice cycle of dispute resolution, or (b) if the billing dispute is resolved in favor of Voxel, or if You have withheld payment, you shall submit payment to Voxel within ten (10) days from receiving notification of the dispute resolution.
