Keep in mind, there are tons of different strategies for web caching and there isn’t a “silver bullet”. I’d suggest reading the following overview on web caching on Wikipedia for an intro and then dig into the specifics of your configuration based on which web browser, app stack, cdn provider, etc, that you’re using.
