Support tickets are zealously read, researched and responded to by our crack team of Linux engineers, networking specialists and media delivery gurus. Emailing support@voxel.net or opening a ticket through the customer portal is generally the most effective way to track and resolve issues with your Voxel infrastratructure. |
Call Voxel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and our engineers will be ready to assist you. You can call our offices (located in downtown NYC) at 212.812.4190. As always, you may also contact your account manager directly -- keep in mind, however, that account managers are not 24/7 and occassionally need sleep! |
If you believe something is seriously wrong and are a client of Voxel dot Net, you may page the on-duty engineering staff. Sending an email to our 911 address will page the entire on-duty support staff, so please do this only after submitting a ticket or if this is a service-impacting emergency. |
